Auto Body Technician

Pay: $120,000 to $160,000 per year
We're seeking a motivated Technician to join our team. This is a high-performing, customer-focused collision center that prioritizes OEM repair standards, continuous training, and a strong team culture. This role sits at the handoff between body repair and paint, so we're looking for someone with a strong combination of body work and prep/finish experience. What makes us different? Requirements
Non-negotiables Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule Ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage parts over 50 lbs Valid driver's license Must provide own hand and power tools (large equipment provided) Self-accountable, high integrity 2 to 5+ years of experience preferred for top-tier pay band; entry-level candidates with relatable mechanical/automotive background welcome
